Financing

1.  Do you offer financing?

We do not offer in-house financing at this time.
 

Hours

1.  What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm.

2.  If I cannot pickup my vehicle between those specified times can I pick up after hours?

Yes, you can pickup after hours, however, you will need to call 24 hours in advance and schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle.
 

General

1. When do you get new inventory?

We get new inventory in daily, it is best to keep an eye on our website www.autoexpressia.com or sign up for our mailing list for updates.

2.  Can I stop by and look at your bikes?

Yes, you are more than welcome to stop by and look at our inventory.  We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-3:00pm.

3.  How come your prices are so cheap compared to other dealers?

We do our business on a volume basis.  We mark each bike up a small amount and move them out.  We sell anywhere from 700-1000 bikes a year.

4.  Are the pre-owned bikes damaged bikes that have been repaired?

No, the pre-owned bikes are not bikes that have been damaged or repaired. 

5.  Do you sell repairable bikes as well? 

Yes, we do keep a few repairable bikes on hand for our customers that like to work on bikes.

6.  Are there any additional fees above and beyond the sale price?

No, there are no additional fees.  We are one of very few dealers that do not charge documentation fees, setup fees, misc. fees, etc.

7.  Do you collect sales taxes on vehicles and motorcycles?

No, we do not collect state sales tax on vehicles and motorcycles, all buyers are responsible for paying their state sales tax in their county or home state.

8. Do you have titles in hand for your bikes?

Yes, we have all titles in hand for the units we have for sale.  All titles are free and clear of any leins.

9.  What types of titles do these bikes have?

All bikes have clean and clear regular Iowa titles unless noted in the description as having otherwise.

 

Loading

1.  Do you have ramps available?  Do I need to bring ramps?

 You do not need to bring ramps, we have ramps here.  Please bring tie down straps with you!

2.  Can you load a motorcycle in the back of my truck?

Yes, we can load a motorcycle in the back of your truck.  We have a state of the art system to load in the back of your truck.  Our 5000lb cat fork truck is equipped with a jib boom that can set the motorcycle in the back of a truck without hurting the bike, truck, or people around.  It is very safe and easy to load with.

3.  Can you load onto an enclosed or flatbed semi?

Yes, we can load motorcycles onto an enclosed or flatbed semi.
 

Parts

1.  Do you sell parts?

Yes, we have a huge selection of OEM Harley Davidson parts.  We also carry a wide range of metric motorcycle parts.

2.  Can I stop in and look at your parts?

Yes, you can stop in and look at our parts, all of all parts are labeled and priced. 

3.  Can you ship a part to me?

Yes, we can ship parts to you.  All parts must be paid for before they are shipped.

4.  Will you ship parts overseas?

We will ship parts overseas via usps.

 

Payments

1.  What payment methods do you take?

We take cashiers checks, bank checks, money orders, wire transfers, and cash.

2.  Will you take a personal check? 

We will take a personal check from customers living within a 100 mile radius.  However we will hold the title for 10 business days until the check clears.

3. Can I pay with a credit card?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for deposits.  We can process the entire transaction on credit card however there is an additional 3% surchage.

4.  Can I pay by paypal?

We accept deposits by paypal.  We can process the entire transaction via paypal however there is a 3% surcharge.

5.  Why do you have a 3% surcharge for paypal or credit cards?

The only reason we have a 3% surcharge is because the credit card charges us a 3% processing fee for every transaction.  Paypal also takes 3% from the receiver every time money is received for a handling charge.
 

Repairs/Service

1.  Do you do repairs/service at your facility?

We do not do repairs/service at this time.
 

Shipping

1. Do you ship motorcycles and vehicles?

Yes, we ship motorcycles and vehicles to all 50 states and worldwide.  With our expert logistices we can provide timely and cost effective shipments to all 50 states and most places in the world.

2. Can you crate my motorcycle?

Yes, we can crate your motorcycle, due to the increasing costs of lumber it is $350 to have a motorcycle placed in an enclosed crate.  Due to certain import/export regulations treated lumber may need to be used.  If treated lumber needs to be used the crating cost we increase to the market value of lumber.  We can also place the motorcycle on a skid at a cost of $150.
 

Warranties

1. Do you provide warranties on your vehicles?

All vehicles are sold AS-IS where IS with no expressed or implied warranties.  The only vehicles that will be sold with warranty are those that have a manufacturers warranty still in effect.

2.  Will the manufacturers warranty be valid once I take possession of the vehicle?

Yes, the manufacturers warranty will still be in effect and will transfer to you with the purchase of the vehicle.

3.  Do you offer extended warranties?

No we do not offer any extended warranties.
